Last Updated: October 16, 2014

This Privacy Statement applies to the website. Information collected through this website falls into two categories: aggregate information and personal information.

Collection and Use

Aggregate information is information from which individual user identities or characteristics have been removed. When a user accesses the website, aggregate information is collected automatically in order to better understand website traffic patterns (e.g., total number of visitors, most visited sections, peak traffic times). None of this information is personally identifiable.

Personal information is any information about an identifiable individual. When we collect personal information about you through the website, we do so only if you consent to provide it to us. Specifically, there are two ways we may collect personal information about you:

  1. If you apply to join a Central User Directory (CUD) Group, we collect your name in order to identify who you are, and your email address in order to send you a receipt and reply; and
  2. If you send us an inquiry through our website, we only collect your email address in order to respond to you. [NTD: CONFIRM THIS LIST IS ACCURATE AND EXHAUSTIVE]

Apart from Personal Information relating to the uses described above, the website does not collect or wish to receive any information or other materials from you that may be considered personal, confidential or proprietary. All such information and materials received will be considered to be non-confidential, and you will be deemed to have granted to this website an irrevocable license and consent to use, copy, display, and distribute such information and materials for any purpose whatsoever.

A cookie is a small text file sent from a web server and placed on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie is generally used to enhance your browsing experience. You can choose to set your browser to detect and reject cookies, to accept cookies from all sites, or to prompt you whenever a site wants to send you a cookie. Check your browser’s “Help” files to learn how to do this. If you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to access some of the interactive features on this website.

Cookies used by the website, do not give the website access to anything on your hard drive and cannot do anything to your computer. Cookies used by the website are encrypted for security purposes to make any information in the cookie unreadable to anyone outside of the website. The website uses two types of cookies: session cookies (temporary) or persistent cookies (longer–term continuing use).

  • Session cookies may be used to support forms. They are used only during your online session and expire when you close your browser. Without session cookies, moving around the website could be much slower.
  • Persistent cookies are different from session cookies because they are stored on your computer’s hard drive for some length of time. They are usually used if you want the website to remember information about your web preferences and passwords for automatic log–in purposes.

The website will not disclose your personal information other than in if it is required to respond to valid demands or requests from government authorities, courts or law enforcement.

The website may contain links to one or more third party web sites. Please note that third party websites are not controlled by the website, and this Privacy Statement does not apply in regard to any personal information that you provide to such third party web sites.
